Waiting for exam results and getting the results can be a time where you feel a lot of different and powerful emotions.
AS Level, A-Level and T-Level results are out on 14 August with GCSE results being published a week later on 21 August. If you’re feeling anxious or worried about your exam results, you are not alone.
It’s important to look after yourself at this time. Be kind to yourself.
If you’re struggling, speaking to someone, such as a parent, a friend, can help. It’s likely that your friends will be experiencing the same worries so try speaking to them about how you feel. Your family members have been through these experiences themselves before so can offer a reassurance.
Sometimes you might need some extra help. There are support services available who can help, no matter how big or small your concerns are.
